My name is Darius. I'm a proud husband and father of three young men. My career, which spans a number of industries, has been in marketing and communications. With my personal time, I love to travel, watch movies, tour local restaurants, and just relax - when I can. But, while I enjoy those things, it's not all that fuels me.

So, what else fuels me? The Fast Lane. I love to write. And I especially like writing about my family, my passions, what interests me, what interests others, and sharing all of my thoughts with my readers.

The Fast Lane is truly my own little passion project, that I pray will gain more and more traction each day. I'll talk about every day life because, that's the stuff we often skip in reflection.
